Darkness and Health

This is a post where I keep my notes about Darkness and Health. Israeli research: dim lights a few hours before you go to sleep and make sure your bedroom is super dark - this can cut breast cancer risk by %31. (Darkness triggers the brain to produce melatonin which helps you sleep and also causes breast cancer cells to self-destruct. as reported in Woman's World Magazine 11/5/12
