Charity Navigator

 I wanted to know which is the best water charity (mission is for clean water) so I went to Charity Navigator, which is the only place I know where they evaluate charities. I think they do a pretty good job? I used filters: water, environment, 4 stars (their highest rating) and largest charities - over 50 million budget - I chose this filter because I want a charity that has a worldwide scope.
