YouTube many hour ambient videos

Found the most beautiful ambient video to cool off in summer : Morning to Night in French Polynesia

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11GbY-ttqMQ

These are some of my favorite YouTube videos for sleep or meditation

Escape Stress with Virtual Fireplace & Crackling Sounds by Beautiful Relaxation. This is my favorite, it is just as effective as meditation for me.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTHHsWcx7Wc

This is the one that got me started on walking tours:

Walk in Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Provence, One of the most beautiful French Villages, South of France

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Is1Q9D_T0o4

Some of my favorite walking tours:

Inside Louvre Museum Paris, Mona Lisa (Part 1) 🇫🇷 France [4K HDR] Walking Tour

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vuFh6NNa70

Inside Louvre Museum Paris, Napoleon Apartments (Part 2) - 🇫🇷 France [4K HDR] Walking Tour

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRmvCQM-XGU

Central Park, New York Walking Tour 4K60fps with Captions

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AU9_H47w7k

I've also heard that "space station", "European Blizzard" and waterfall are good searches but I haven't looked for my favorites there yet.

I've done walking tours of every major city. They are all good. I think I liked Mexico City the best.

I also like to search "grocery stores" and see what grocery stores are like in other countries.

Permaculture?, homesteading?, sustainability?

I'm trying to find a name for all the organic gardening, homesteading, fruit & nut tree growing, greenhouse, root cellaring interests I have so I can find my people. Well, it's all chaos right now. I guess "Permaculture" is close but it doesn't really cover everything. Hmmm. I think I will try to organize some resources and then figure it out later!

RICE

While trying to find out the best way to preserve rice, I stumbled on this video, Which Rice Is The Healthiest? It's Not What You Think. by Dr. Liu. Her YouTube channel is Healthy Immune Doc

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wCtPZ1bK9Y

She covers everything!

VIDEO TOPICS: ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ 00:00 Introduction 01:14 Glycemic Index 01:37 Lower The Glycemic Index of Rice 02:18 Amylose vs amylopectin 02:43 Retrogradation & resistant starch 02:59 Storage 03:37 Which Rice Is Healthier: Long or Short Grained? 04:56 Blood Sugar & Hemoglobin A1c 06:40 Diabetes & Rice 07:44 Insulin & Insulin Resistance 11:05 Lose weight with rice? 12:46 Fat 13:53 Which is Healthier: White or Brown Rice? 15:39 Beri Beri & White Rice 16:10 Vitamin B1, thiamine 17:48 Arsenic 18:25 Which Country Has the Highest Arsenic In Their Rice? 19:05 How To Remove Arsenic

Preserving

I'm still trying to find out the best way to preserve rice. I did not know that canning and preserving is a highly controversial right now! I did learn, for a fact, that you can't, so far, preserve brown rice because the oils in it will just make it go rancid quickly. Damn! If I find the best way to preserve rice I will post it here.

Dr Liu talks about this at 02:59 but here is more detailed information at Foodnetwork:
